In this project, I developed an intelligent solution for the automated analysis of documents such as resumes and cv's using modern machine learning methods. The goal was to extract the skills of IT experts to efficiently support recruiters in candidate selection. My responsibilities included implementing both the frontend and backend, as well as developing machine learning models. Additionally, I took on the leadership and mentoring of working students to ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.
